近日，题为《历史文化名城中国上饶受海外游客青睐》的英文稿件陆续刊登在雅虎、美国全国广播公司下属网站、美国哥伦比亚广播公司下属网站、美国广播公司下属网站、美国福克斯广播公司下属网站等220余家美国网站及部分英国和加拿大网站。文章配图向海外精彩呈现了上饶绝美的自然山水风光和独特的历史文化魅力。
　　协调200余家海外网站集中关注、推介、展示上饶旅游资源和发展新态势，这是今年上饶市通过海外宣传平台主动推介上饶旅游、积极拓展国际旅游市场的一个尝试。
　　上饶市是我国的一座“世界遗产名城”，旅游资源丰富，特色鲜明，汇聚了众多具有代表性的“中国经典山水”。世界自然遗产、世界地质公园三清山、龟峰，“中国最美的乡村”婺源县，中国第一大淡水湖鄱阳湖，世界稻作文化发源地、世界农业文化遗产地万年神农源等绝美景观，均在上饶境内。目前，上饶市共有世界级旅游品牌5个，国家级旅游品牌88个。
　　近年来，上饶市坚持把旅游作为第一位产业来抓，真正使旅游业成为上饶的最大特色、最大优势、最大亮点，大力发展休闲度假、文化体验、康体疗养等新兴服务业态，旅游的软硬件设施得到明显改善，旅游品质和服务得到大幅度提升，可以较好地满足海内外不同层次游客的需求，让游客来度假、休闲、养生感到舒适、舒心、安心、温馨。

Historical City Shangrao gets Popular Among International Tourists

At dusk when the sun is setting against the golden sky and tourists are leaving, several foreigners are sitting outside their hostel in Likeng village in Wuyuan County, drinking beer and reading. Behind them are little bridges, flowing brook and small Hui-style cottages with white walls and gray tiles. The village is embraced by mountains and terraced fields and enjoys splendid scenery.

Wuyuan is located in Shangrao city in southeast China’s Jiangxi Province. In recent years, Shangrao has attracted an increasing number of tourists from abroad due to its abundant scenic spots. It also creates a unique scene when people from different cultures who speak different languages travel through the beautiful landscapes in Shangrao.

Shangrao, whose name means "land of richness" in Chinese, is home to multitudes of typical classic Chinese-style mountains, lakes and villages. Tourists can climb Mount Sanqingshan and Tortoise Peak - UNESCO World Natural Heritage Sites and enjoy the superb view, or stroll in "the most picturesque village of China" Wuyuan. They can also overlook China’s biggest freshwater lake Poyang Lake as well as go to Shennongyuan, one of the birthplaces of paddy horticulture in the world.

Shangrao also enjoys a long history and offers rich Chinese traditional cultures for tourists to explore, such as Taoism, Confucianism, tea culture, ancient academy and imperial exam culture and paper-making history.

In recent years, the government of Shangrao has prioritized the tourism development and improved facilities and services so that tourists from both home and aboard can enjoy a relaxing, comfortable, recreational trip.

Ideally located at the convergent area of Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Fujian and Anhui provinces, the city is easily accessible by highway and railway. More than fifty trains arrive daily from Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou and Guangzhou at Shangrao Railway Station. Plus, by the end of 2014, two new high-speed rail lines which run from Beijing to Fuzhou and from Hangzhou to Changsha will be open and run across the city. By then, it will only take one to five hours from Shangrao to cities like Hangzhou, Fuzhou, Shanghai, Changsha, Hefei and Beijing.

Meanwhile, Sanqingshan airport is under construction. The city will be more accessible when it is completed.

傍晚时分，夕阳西下，熙熙攘攘的游客逐渐散去，“中国最美的乡村”婺源县李坑景区的一个客栈门口，几名外国游客一边喝啤酒、一边看着书。云雾缭绕，山间梯田，粉墙黛瓦，小桥流水，袅袅炊烟……在外国游客眼中，婺源风光就像一幅水墨画，令人着迷。

婺源县位于中国江西省上饶市。近年来，有越来越多的海外游客来到上饶旅游，不同肤色、不同语言的人们穿梭在山水画卷之间，形成了一道独特的风景线。

来上饶旅游交通便捷。今年底，北京—福州和杭州—南昌—长沙两条高铁将先后开通，并在上饶形成“十字”交汇，上饶将成为中国第一个、世界第二个（德国柏林）高铁“十字”交汇城市。届时，上饶到杭州、福州仅需一个半小时，到上海、长沙、合肥不到2个小时，到北京5个小时。上饶境内的三清山机场正在抓紧建设，建成后来上饶旅游的交通选择将更加多元。
