Screen to Firmament

This granite peak, extending over 100m and towering at the height of 60m, looks like a wall. The upright wall with its smooth surface resembles a screen. Therefore, it is named the "Screen to Firmament". The granite massif collapsed along its vertical fractures (joints) under the force of gravity and formed slate-shaped rock walls which, weathered and eroded along its vertical fractures (joints) in another direction, became a peak wall.

The granite body collapsed along its vertical fractures (joints) under the force of gravity and formed slate-shaped stone wall.

The stone wall was weathered and eroded along its vertical fractures (joints) in another direction and a host of vertical gullies appeared on its surface.

The remaining part became a screen-like peak.
