In recent years, the Geopark has arranged over 10,000 jobs for local residents. 

1. More than 1000 longterm posts have been newly added for in tourist service industry, e.g. catering, accommodation and management and protection of the Geopark. 

2.About 5000 temporary employees are involved in construction of Geopark infrastructure, tea-leaves picking during tea harvest season, planting featured agricultural products, e.g. gold tea, collecting wild edible mushrooms, handicraft processing and breeding industry.

3.73 enterprises have been newly set up, including hotels, travel service, sightseeing agriculture, auto repair, construction, catering, transportation and agricultural and sideline products processing industry.
