On September 10-11, the 29th Annual Conference of the Chinese Geological Society of Tourism Geology and Geopark Research Branch and Yanqing global geopark construction and tourism development seminar was held in Yanqing. More than 200 delegates participating in the conference and specially invited guests from 27 provinces and cities in China and Hong Kong and Taiwan gathered in the China Yanqing global geopark, and launched the high-end dialogue around the global geopark construction, management and tourism geology research and the tourism development. The Sanqingshan UNESCO Global Geopark sent the personnel to attend the seminar.

 A total of 15 conference reports were carried out at the conference, experts and scholars participating in the conference jointly summed up the research achievements of tourism geology, reviewed the construction experience of GGN in 10 years, and conducted a special seminar on construction and management of China Yanqing UNESCO Global Geopark. They also jointly discussed the new direction of the development of tourism geology, the new ideas of the promotion and popularization of geological popular science knowledge and the new win-win mode of the construction of the geopark and the local economic development. Sanqingshan UNESCO Global Geopark participated in the whole course of the seminar, and experts and scholars participating in the conference shared and discussed construction and management work of the park, after participating in the opening ceremony of Yanqing UNESCO Global Geopark, they conducted in-situ investigation in the park area to experience the management of Yanqing UNESCO Global Geopark.
