Without permission, no unit or individual may do the followings in the geopark:

(a) The establishment of irrelevant institutions and geosites conservation facilities.

(b) Cutting, hunting, collecting specimens and fossils.

(c) Prospecting, mining, dredging, quarrying, soil, buried grave damage and environmental impact of goesite activities.

Second,  scientific research, teaching practice and specimens, fossils collection, film shooting, sports events etc. shall be subject to prior application, activity planning and approval by the geopark administrative bureau.

Third, All unit or individual have the obligation to protect the natural environment and goesite resources of the geopark, and have the right to stop, report and accuse the acts of destroying the natural environment and geosites.

Fourth, according to the provisions of laws and regulations by geopark administrative bureau, warnings, fines, confiscation of illegal income shall be executed in case of any of the aforesaid cases depending on the seriousness of the case, and the default unit shall be ordered to pay damages. If a crime is committed, the unit or individual shall be held liable.

(a) Illegal prospecting, mining, quarrying, logging, earth, dredging in the park.

(b) To seize the land of the geopark and carry out the illegal construction.

(c) The destruction, pollution, or the transfer of protected geosites resources in other forms.

(d) Unauthorized collection, excavation of specimens and collection of ancient fossils.

(e) To move and destroy the steles, landmarks and identification system.

Fifth, if management personnel abuses his power, neglects his duty, embezzlement, , the superior competent administrative department should, according to the seriousness of the case, give administrative sanctions, if a crime is committed, the personnel shall be held criminally liable.
