After successfully becoming a global geopark, in order to further enhance staff’s management philosophy and competence, on October 16th, Sanqingshan invited Professor Wang Changji, Director from Environment Department of U.S. National Park Service to carry out related geopark knowledge training. Professor Wang introduced the history of U.S. National Parks and discussed about how to enhance the science popularization function of the park and how to strike a balance between resource conservation and tourism development, offering new ideas for improving conservation and management of Sanqingshan UNESCO Global Geopark.
