Recently, in the 19th Asian Golden Travel Award Ceremony and the 2013 Greater China Tourism Culture Award Ceremony held in Beijing, Sanqingshan claimed two titles of the 2013 Asian Golden Travel Award, the Most Beautiful Natural Tourism Scenic Area in Great China and Smart Tourism Construction Demonstration Scenic Area of Great China, becoming the only one to be honored such titles in Jiangxi Province and adding a splendid postcard for tourism of Jiangxi.

The first Golden Travel Award Ceremony was held in 1995 and now it has become the most important professional tourism award in Asia. This summit themed as “China Style & China Feel” staged in-depth discussion in terms of connectivity between tourism and culture, deep integration between tourism consumption and cultural consumption, organic mergence between tourism industry and cultural industry. The ceremony attracted a wealth of domestic tourism scenic areas, star hotels, cities and counties that were tourist destinations and tourism service companies to participate in. Besides, in the conference, tourism achievements of the year were summarized, tourism culture was deeply discussed, and the development direction of tourism brand of China was also heatedly delved into.
