On November 12, “Sanqinghong Cup”—the 3rd Sanqingshan Gourmet Competition was held in Sanqing International Hotel. Gourmets from various hotels and family-run inns enthusiastically participated in the competition where over 300 dishes were prepared. Experts rated the dishes at site and vote proceeded on Wechat to determine each prize.

The competition was aimed at promoting Sanqingshan’s gourmet culture and diversifying the connotation of its tourism culture and combining gourmet culture with Taoism’s theory on healthy lifestyle and finally, building up healthy gourment culture and tourism with distinctive Sanqingshan features.
