In order to strengthen cooperation and communication among GGN members, Sanqingshan UNESCO Global Geopark and Longhushan Global Geopark entered an agreement to become “sister parks”. Both sides will strengthen communication and cooperation in terms of geoscientific research, geosites conservation, sustainable resources exploitation and utilization, tourism promotion and marketing, re-evaluation, personnel training, etc., so as to improve geotourism, boost park construction and management and facilitate tourism industry.
